The in penticton person is very helpful and kind . And very ready to bring our box down when we need it . I just wish the payment was taken on the 1st each month so I can pay my other bills and buy food. This the only hang up I have. Wait until the 3to 6 is to long to without food.
This review is long overdue. We used Big steel box for the first time in April 2019 Moving from Calgary to penticton. Got our stuff delivered to new place mid June. From first call to box delivered to new house. Absolutely awesome customer care and service. Allan was absolutely fantastic. Big thumbs up to this business as a whole. Recommend 100% and will use again. Thanks for making this move not to stressful.
We have had nothing but the best service with BigSteelBox. They've always worked around our schedule and we knew our belongings were safe. We have some pretty considerable space limitations in our yard and they made it work - shout out to Alan for being the most skilled pick-up and delivery guy in the game. He can drop that big steel box exactly where it needs to be, even with tight corners and limited space!
